SHIPPING POLICY

All shipping times are stated in Business Days (does not include holidays and weekends) and do not include Saturday delivery. In order to guarantee that an expedited shipment is shipped the same day, it must be received before 11 a.m. Mountain Time. Once your order ships, it will arrive according to the option you selected at checkout.

For U.S. orders, we offer Express service via UPS, USPS Priority, our FREE standard shipping (14-25 days), or Amazon Delivery. Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Clubbelts products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.

All U.S. Orders over $20 = FREE Shipping [3-5 business days].

90 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE 

We offer a 90 Day Money-Back Guarantee on all our products. To get a Full-Refund all items must be returned in original condition and the belt uncut. If the belt has been cut from its original length, or items are in used condition, a 20% Restocking fee will apply. If you purchased from Amazon they require that you return it through their system. If you purchased directly from Clubbelts (this website) please include a note with your name, order number, and request for a Refund. Ship it back to us. We credit refunds back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear back on your account. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using the US Postal Service First Class, for the least expensive price.  No need to FedEx it to us.

1 Year Warranty

All belts come with a one (1) year warranty. We ask that you provide an image of the damaged belt and proof of purchase when contacting us about replacement parts. All warranty inquiries should be sent to support@clubbelts.com

Returns / Exchanges

We pride ourselves on our customer service and we are confident in the quality of our product. To return any product, simply email us at support@clubbelts.com with your order number and the item(s) you need to exchange or complete the FORM to begin the exchange process. If your product is damaged, we ask that you send us an email with a photo of the damaged item and reason for return. We are committed to our product and will do everything in our power to ensure your 100% satisfaction. Upon receiving the return we refund the amount of the product, minus shipping and handling.  If you received free domestic shipping when you initially ordered and you return a product for reasons other than a manufacturer’s defect, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Orders are eligible for a refund for 90 days after the order was placed. Exchanges can be done at any time. All items must be in “Like-New” condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.  

Gifts

Gift cannot be returned. Other gifts may be returned if they meet the eligibility criteria described above in our return policy. Provided the gift is eligible for a return, gift orders will be refunded to the purchaser. If you need to exchange a gift, please see the above regarding our exchange policy.

Basement Belts

All Factory Seconds products are FINAL SALE and sold “as-is”. Factory Seconds are only eligible for returns or exchanges if there is a mechanical defect and the product is not functioning properly. We are happy to assess return eligibility case-by-case within 45 days of the original purchase. Please see above for more details on our return and exchange policies and to learn how to begin either process.

International Fees / Customs Charges

International (outside the USA) customers must pay applicable duty and customs charges. We are unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information varies by country. These fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. Please note, by placing an online order, you agree to be responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs charges. If your order is refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping. Please contact your local government for specific details regarding sales tax, duty, and customs charges.
